Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Orders received are typically shipped within 10 days of receipt and delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS as the customer chooses.

We will email you a tracking number as soon as it’s available (Note: it may take up to 24 hours to be updated online). The tracking information can be viewed on UPS.com, FedEx.com, or USPS.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY

If you’ve found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order

Requesting a Replacement or Refund

Domestic US Orders - If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it anytime within 30 days, and we will gladly replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. You must email larry@hamptonartstudios or call 812-205-9566 for assistance with a return authorization and shipping instructions for the product. All items accepted for return must include all original instructions and packaging. Failure to contact Hampton Art Studios can significantly impact the timely refund receipt. Return shipping will only be covered if you use the return label(s) Customer service will provide. The return will be fully refunded once the product has been shipped back. For Returns & Replacements after 30 days

If it has been more than 30 days since you placed your order and you decide, for some reason, you are not happy with your prints from Hampton Art Studios, don't worry. All is not lost. We can still provide partial credit or replacement options. Contact 812-205-9566 or larry@hamptonartstudios.com.
