DESCRIPTION: These luminous digital pieces are a collaboration between a husband and wife, Karen and Larry. Together, they combine and edit original photo images to create abstract compositions, inspired by the nature surrounding their home in southern Indiana. They are endlessly fascinated by the colors, patterns, and textures found in nature. By extracting only the textures, patterns, and shapes, and adjusting the colors, they transform ordinary scenes into a vibrant new reality.

Materials: Original photos digitally printed on satin polyester fabric with cotton batting, quilted with silk thread.
