MATERIALS: Hand-dyed cotton sateen and over-dyed decorator fabrics decorated with hand-dyed silk thread. Machine quilted through cotton batting.

SIZE: 18” x 24”

ARTIST STATEMENT: Nature presents us with numerous interesting patterns, shapes, and textures. I enjoy focusing on a small detail and expanding upon it. The overdyed decorator cottons and the frayed edge technique highlight the willow leaf details.
